Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Salesteem AI (“the Service”, “Platform”), operated by Pixelnx at bot.pixalab.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users — business owners, administrators, and any person accessing the Service on behalf of a business.

2. Service Description

Salesteem AI is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered sales agents on WhatsApp. Core capabilities include:

• Building and training agents on your business knowledge, product catalogs, and documents
• Automating WhatsApp conversations with AI-generated responses via Meta's WhatsApp Business API
• Lead capture, conversation management, and conversion analytics
• Human handoff and notification workflows

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@pixalab.ai if you suspect unauthorised access

Accounts may not be shared or transferred. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content to WhatsApp users who have not opted in
• Distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Circumvent security features or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or third-party systems
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission

5. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Salesteem AI operates through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with:

• WhatsApp Business Policy
• Meta Platform Terms

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp through the Platform complies with Meta's policies and all applicable messaging regulations. Violations may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta, for which Pixelnx bears no liability.

6. AI Processing Acknowledgement

The Platform uses AI to generate agent responses. By uploading content (product descriptions, documents, conversation history) to train your agent, you:

• Confirm you have the right to share that content with the Platform
• Acknowledge that content may be processed by our AI provider in accordance with their privacy policy
• Understand that AI-generated replies are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate — you remain responsible for reviewing agent behaviour

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all business content, product data, and documents you upload. You grant Pixelnx a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store this content solely to operate the Service.

Our platform: The Salesteem AI platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Pixelnx and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

8. Billing & Subscriptions

Salesteem AI is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are specified at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file for your chosen plan.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Downgrading or cancelling a plan does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund unless covered under our Refund Policy

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelnx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
